Fire Watch: If you are needing to place your business into fire watch due to a malfunction or deficiency with your alarm or sprinkler system while same is being repaired, please download and save the below "Fire Watch Packet". Page 1 of the packet can be completed in a PDF viewer and returned by clicking the "e-mail form" button found at the bottom of page one (the e-mail form button works best when using Adobe PDF). Another option is to complete page 1, scan, and email it to inspections@guil-randfire.com. Pages 2-5 are informational pages and a fire watch log that you should keep at your business if a conducting a fire watch. A business should expect for an individual from the Fire Marshal's Office to contact them if they are placed in fire watch, regarding the condition of their fire protection system and the status of their repairs.
If needing a plan reviewed please complete the Commercial Building Plan Review Application or the Commercial Fire System and Plan Review Application and submit the appropriate payment with your request, fee amounts can be determined by using the Fee Schedule located below.
In addition, various other forms are provided below for permitting and inspection purposes that pay be required to be completed for permitting in addition to the Commercial Building Plan Review Application or the Commercial Fire System and Plan review Application. Fees for various new construction inspections can be assessed via the Fee Schedule as well.
Fire Hydrant Flow Testing for Commercial Purposes needs to be completed by a contractor licensed to conduct flow tests.
